1. How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
2. What items are eligible for return?
Items must be:

Unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Damaged due to reasons not caused by the buyer
3. How do I start a return?
Contact support@gemmelabo.com. We will provide you with the return warehouse address closest to you. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Damaged or wrong items
Check your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
5. Non-returnable items
Cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

Custom or personalized products

Personal care items (beauty/skincare)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases

Sale items or gift cards
6. Exchanges
Return your original item first. Once approved, purchase the new item separately.
7. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off
For orders shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, following the same conditions above.
8. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days pass, contact support@gemmelabo.com.
